Over the years, the company has grown and evolved through different ownership, while staying true to that same commitment.
Doug Bennett joined the company in 1997, returned as a part-owner in 2014, and alongside Jolene became owners in 2015.
Since then, they’ve continued to build on that legacy—serving homeowners across the Kansas City metro with trusted products and expert installation.
In 2019, All-Weather expanded into its current showroom location in Overland Park, creating a space where homeowners can explore products and plan their projects with confidence.
